Mr. Vernon has over 18 years of professional experience in the environmental engineering and geotechnical fields, having provided services for various projects for both municipal and private-sector clients, including telecommunications companies, the U.S. Department of Defense, school districts, transportation agencies, industrial facilities, and petroleum companies.   He has held staff and project management positions in environmental and geotechnical project implementation and management, as well as business development.   His experience covers all phases of planning, design, implementation and evaluation of environmental engineering studies, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, National Environmental Policy Act studies, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Studies, Ecological Risk Assessments, Biological Surveys, Site Groundwater Characterization Studies, Phase III soil and groundwater remediation and Geotechnical Investigations.   He enjoys an excellent reputation for a commitment to client service, and is an acknowledged author of technical environmental articles.
